What began as a food truck serving authentic Philly cheesesteaks throughout the area has steadily built a loyal following across Flagler County. Known for their ribeye cheesesteaks served on traditional bread along with desserts and comfort-style favorites, the business grew through community events, word of mouth, and repeat customers before making the leap into a permanent location. The move represents not only growth for the owners, but another example of how small businesses in Palm Coast continue evolving from startup concepts into established local destinations. “**We’re so grateful for the support of our friends and the community, and we’re here to provide that hometown Philly taste, if even for a moment,**” said Mary, owner of Original Philly Cheesesteak of Florida. Throughout the grand opening, customers continued flowing through the restaurant while many longtime followers of the food truck stopped in to experience the new location for the first time. While walking through the dining area, several guests nearing the end of their meals were asked for their thoughts on the restaurant.
